VW Constantia poor customer service

<p>My car has been with VW Constantial from for 26 days from 15th Novmber 2016. it took them 7 days to diagnose the problem, within the 7 days i was contacting them not the other way round. i have been given different amount due, different days that the car will be ready. i was supposed to get my car on Friday, 9th and it changed to Mondaay now this morning around 12 they called me saying the misplace my keys. I am at work dont know how will i get home today. </p>
