VW CONSTANTIA Incompetence

I am utterly disgusted by the manner in which the branch VW Constantia has dealt with me as a loyal customer.

They sold me a vehicle with aftermarket parts, yet they guarantee oem parts in all vehicles. They took 2 years to come to an agreement with me, only after i involed my attorneys. We agreed to pay the finance up to date for a new vehicle and finance agreement, this after months of back and forth with VW H/O and this branch. Now that the account is up to date they breaching the agreement which we had and this being from a dealer principle and used car manager who's supposed to be in resolution positions yet they cause the same issues as their *********** staff.

VWSA and this branch has put me and my families lives at risk since selling me a below par standard vehicle and now made me commit financially to something that they promised would be resolved immediately after payment. The betrayal and lies shown by the branch and their management staff makes me wonder how many other customers have been fooled into making big financial commitments with them.

I am hoping head office will come to the party and resolve this major financial setback for me amicably.
