VW Complaint

i was unfairly treated after purchasing a supposedly brand new VW Tiguan in March 2018. here is my story: On the 18 March 2018 I purchased a VW Tiguan 1.4 at NTT VW Krugersdorp. When the car was handed to me it was at 45km. On the morning of 30 March 2018 as I reversed out of my garage, the car started smoking and gave a clutch smell. I immediately parked the car and called VW SA. The car was towed from my house to the dealership in Krugersdorp, after the technician came and indicated it was the clutch. The car was kept over the long weekend. On the 3rd April 2018 I went to check, the salesperson, Kobus indicated that they could find nothing wrong, however he indicated they did not even touch the car. They only tested it through driving. They advised me to take the car back and if the problem comes up I should bring it back to them. I indicated my concern on the survey that was conducted by VWSA through a private company in August 2018. The problem happened again on the 2nd November 2018, smoke from the engine and the smell of the clutch, As I was driving out of my garage. I called VW SA and they towed the car to the dealership, where the head mechanic said the clutch is packing up. I was told the matter would be investigated, upon which almost 2 weeks later I was told I should pay for the repairs since the damages were due to environmental factors. i am without a car that I am paying, without a courtesy car, no support at all to this end.
