VW COMMWERCIAL - WITBANK VEHICLE REPAIR INCOMPETENCY

I would like to express my frustration on VW SA regarding the treatment and manner of which the services are conducted at VW COMMERCIAL IN WITBANK MPUMALANGA PROVINCE. I have a transport business and transporting people to the mines and my vehicle has been with the dealer for over a month. I have been to the dealer principal on the quote of 36000.00 to negotiate the payment terms and they completely refused as they have had previous problems of nonpayment from other clients and I understood that but now I made an effort of raising the money and my car is still there, saying the part is not available in the country and I must wait till end September. I would seriously request for your intervention because the reason I have this bus is to transport people and I tried to hire another bus from a colleague and I part with 28000.00 and also my monthly instalment,there’s not even an alternative (of them offering me a courtesy vehicle) that is made to meet me halfway through all this inconvenience.
