VW Communication or Lack thereof

I bought a VW Polo TSI and had thought that I was covered for some time only to be told when I cake for service that I needed to pay R6000 and the explanation is that the service plan came to and end and nobody advised me that it was coming to an end .. what is said is the way these things were communicated. The brand is struggling and CBAM is here .. Good luck and bye bye
