VW Client SErvice

Volkswagen Head office has pathetic client service! They refuse to take accountability for their mistakes. I've been waiting over a month for a part that they said would take 10 - 15 work days (27 August). I wrote on their Facebook wall and they insured me that the part will arrive today and that the part will be at the Panel beaters latest on Thursday. Today when I called, they said they have a new eta (the 7th of October).

This is totally unacceptable! I've had to take an Uber to work for the last two months which is costing a lot and they refuse to give me a courtesy car (apparently they don't insure mobility) !

Don't buy a VW, they have VERY poor client service!
