VW Claremont sales absolutely useless

VW Claremont sales are completely useless. I am trying to buy a new car. They do not return calls, give incorrect information, and after I complained, they sent me a quote for a car with specifications I did not ask for. The salesperson I was allocated knows nothing about the car I am interested in.
