VW CLAREMONT

I bought a brand new VW Polo in 2017, the car has always been serviced by Claremont VW, but unfortunately in the last month the car has had to go back four times ... Issues with brakes and service advisors and the worst was they only put two wheel nuts back into a five wheel nut wheel and they were completely loose, which could have resulted in a major accident.

The service manager Russel took corrective measures however the wheel nut issue has put paid to me ever going back to VW Claremont for a service ... they take on too many cars to service and thus mistakes that could be fatal can creep in .... I still love the brand but no more services at Claremont VW in future
