VW caddy

A new volkswagen caddy kombi was bought in February 2022 from the day of delivery the car has been back and forth from the dealer its been 6 months and have not been sorted. Vw sa was contacted several times and the car has issues has still not been resolved. The client service has been contacted several times and only refer me back to the dealer and the dealer refur me back to Vw Sa. The level of after sale service VW SA has provided me with is very poor.
