VW Bruma worst service and same fault after spending R45 000 with them

I ve spent more then R45 000 on repairs to my vw golf 7 gti and haven't only gotten the worst service from the service manager, but my car back with the same fault. The parts that were changed were the incorrect parts and thats why the car is still doing the exact same fault again. The parts that was fitted by vw bruma is still having flaws that another mechanic identified.
