VW Bruma Service manager attitude sucks (No customer service and respect)

I have never receive such terrible customer service like what i went through today on the 31 May 2019, while i was on the line with VW Brum with the Service Manager. When he talk he talk with attitude, he doesn't want to give a customer time to explain the situation or where you are telling them about the wrong thing they did, there is no respect from that man. I even told him that you cant talk to me like that and i paid you a lot of money for you to the job not to disrespect me. He forget that the money that we are paying there is his salary.
