VW Bruma Customer Service

Today is the second incident where i go to that dealer for assistance but no technician is available to assist. First time there was a sound on my front wheel and wanted professional advice but didn't get it cause apparently it was peak hour (12:00) and today went there to get professional assistance also as some ****s tried to ***** my car last night and opened the bonnet and disconnected some cables so I wanted to know what those cable are for and where to reconnect them but apparently it was peak hour again (2:30). <br> <br> Lastly late last month i took my car for service there and indicated that i will be paying by debit card, on collection they told me there is no network/reception for their machine so i had to make a plan. They advised me to go to the nearest ATM which was not even my bank and get money unless the car will sleep over.<br> <br> I think as a VW customer i deserve a better service at any VW dealer.
