VW billing me for service never performed.

This is to express my level of dissatisfaction with my experience at VW Ballito. On Friday, December 22, 2023, I called VW Alpine to book my car for a 30000km service, and they informed me that my car had already done that service. which I didn't understand because I have never taken my car to Ballito. When we further investigated, we worked with another service advisor. We found that the car belongs to Hertz Rental Company, and it was billed against my car. and I called so many Saturdays to have it sorted out, but no luck, and even today I called and no one wanted to assist... because there seem to be a problem with the VIN numbers.
