VW BENONI PROVIDES PATHETIC SERVICE

My car was booked for a service at VW Benoni. The only reason why it was booked there because I am scheduled at a client in Brakpan. I went to the service centre in the morning. I was adised by a gentlemen to park the car. I was given a pink slip and then asked to wait in the waiting area for a lift to Brakpan. The lift to Brakpan only came 1 and a half hours later so I was really late for work. <br> <br> I called Shane at 3pm to ask him when the driver will be fetching me. He advised that they do not fetch the customers. Well first of all, they do not tell you this and secondly the driver told me that he will pick me up and I did let him now that I can be picked up at anytime to fetch my car. Its ridiculous that you don't pick up the clients. So you expect them to walk to get their cars. <br> After calling Shane, he said he would call me back. I waited for an hour an a half then called him back and he said a driver is on he's way. Its 5pm and still no driver. I am at a client that closes at 4pm and is now stuck here because I am waiting for the driver. I cant even wait outside because there is a freakin storm. Your service and customer service is really pathetic.
