VW BARONS WOODMEAD -HORRIBLE SERVICE AUGUST 2017

Took my car to VW barons woodmead on 10 August 2017 for a service.collected the car at 17pm after driving home I realised that my handbrake is moving sideways, it was very loose called vw the nxt day and they said I must bring the car back..took the car back on Friday afternoon after checking it for about 20minutes I was told that the handbrake lever is broken and needed to be replaced and it's also under warranty,told me they will order the part ,got a call on Tuesday that the part has arrived I must bring my car.took my car there on Wednesday morning, was told my car will be ready in the afternoon,never received any call until 4pm wen I was told that the technician is still busy with my car and will not finish and will have to get my car tomorrow, today it's Thursday they are telling me that the technician is still "busy" with my car .here I am with no car to go to work no courtesy car no feedback. I have to call them all the times.
