VW BARONS BEDFORDVIEW STAY AWAY

Took my Amarok just before lockdown to Barons VW , it came back with a huge dent and scratch on my tailgate. Baron VW refuses to take ownership of the damage or cost. Ive now esclated to VW SA and have seeked legal assitsnce. Please stay away from bedfordview branch if you do not want to experience the same issue as me. Their check in report was not consistent nor did they do a checklis after handing over, they didn't want to produce cctv footage. We do not need service like this in SA there are much more reputable vw branches out there than can do with the support. Save the hassle and legal trouble like me and stay away
