Vw ballito is useless

Vw ballito worse service ever my car has Has been there four times this year for the same fault now it’s lying there for 2 weeks apparently they dnt have the tools to open the gearbox I have paid for this problem to be sorted out before and it still has not been dealt with worse service delivery
