VW Ballito

I took my car for service to VW Ballito, It was fine. I only needed them to service my car. But when they were working my car, they broke COIL PLUG and demand me to pay for it, not a small amount but R1799. They told me to leave with my car when I refuse to pay. And my car was almost burn out the following day. Which force me to bring back my car so that they can change the COIL PLUG and charge me R959. I really had bad service from VW Ballito, they are not friendly at all, They denied all their mistake and force client to pay for their mistake. Stay away from this people, they don’t know how to do business.
