VW BAD SERVICE

On the 9th of November 2015, my vw polo TSI broke down on my way to work where it was towed to Lindsay Saker Fourways, it was said that the clutch has collapsed and the clutch kit was replaced for the value of R9000. Now on the 31st of December the car collapsed again in the same way as before, the car was towed to Alan Hudson Nelspruit, where I was told my clutch has collapsed and I will have to pay R16 500 again in just a space of 6 weeks, this is very unlikely. I reported this matter to VW SA and the only way they investigated was to ask for pictures from Alan Hudson Dealership Nelspruit and the came back to tell me that the issue was due to how I ride my car in 6 weeks(How weak are those parts?). How did VW SA prove that the pictures they received were from my car?, How does the dealership justify the amount of R16500?. When I was trying to explain my issue to VW they did not even try to listen to me I could feel useless as a customer. The parts were just replaced 6 weeks ago, and I am not a bad driver since I have been driving other brand I have never had such situations. I feel some1 is trying to **** me and VW SA is not helping at all. I will not recommend vw after this treat
