VW Autohaus Centurion worst service

I took my car for a service on 27 March 2018. I was phoned to collect my car, but still had to sit and wait 40 after I arrived minutes for the invoice to be printed. 40 Minutes might not sound like a lot of time but in my line of work it is critical.

After the before service inspection, the assessor told me that I take good care of my car, there are no marks at all. When doing the after service inspection, I found 3 dents with scratches on the left side of the car and two scratches/chips on the right side that were not there before. The car was still wet and poorly washed.
