VW as a manufacturer is unable to solve issue on the vehicle they sold to me which started to appear 4 months after purchase

I purchased a VW Taigo last year September. In January 2025 the EPC error started to appear i then booked the vehicle to be checked at VW Allan Hudson in Nelspruit. The feedback i got that they had checked the vehicle and nothing was wrong with it. When the vehicle reached 15000km i booked it to VW in Ermelo which i also then reported that the EPC error is still appearing the feedback i got was that the fuel i was putting is the problem but how am i suppose to know exactly where should i refuel or not and i honestly do not think that could be the problem because this problem has been there since January 2025. Now yesterday on the 27th of December 2025 as i was driving to attend a funeral suddenly the exhaust system fault started to appear and then the car started loosing power, shortly after that the EPC error appeared. Honestly there is a serious issue with my vehicle yet i am not getting any assistance. This vehicle is still fairly new that i should be experiencing such issues. Can VW attend please attend this issue because this error started when the vehicle was only 4months old. At this point i really do not want this vehicle anymore because after yesterday it proved that this Error is a very serious issue if the car just loosing power. On the 29th of December i am taking the vehicle for 30 000km service can it please be checked thoroughly to see what is causing the EPC error and why is the vehicle loosing power.

I need this matter to be resolved and i will not want the vehicle back until this issue is resolved.
