VW Arcadia...The worst VW dealership

VW Arcadia is the worst VW dealership I have ever experienced. I took my vehicle a month ago for repairs, the car stayed at the dealership for 4 days (11 to 14 July 2017) as they failed to diagnose and repair/replace the parts. At the end they billed me R4604.50 for the repairs that they claimed were fixed but none but one was fixed. I then returned the car on 14 to 15 of August 2017 as their repairs were not fixed entirely as claimed. Ultimately we decided and agreed to go our separate ways as I now want my refund of R4411.50 but since 15-08-2017 I haven't received my money. I have decided to take legal steps on the matter for the time wasted and the money ******.
