VW and CIC rentals service

The service is just pathetic. VW has to wait for car parts to come from Germany and can’t say when the part will come. And to make matters worse they do not have a loan car to give us to use. The company CIC also do not have any cars to loan to us. Please explain why buy VW and pay the price for this service !
