Vw amarok filter probleme

We are also having the same problem with our Amarok, as Elbie Prinsloo .it states on 40000km and we are very unhappy with it.they replaced it but is still doing the same thing and its worse and cuts out and then you don’t have any power. Its so bad because you complain and a call centre phones you back we want to speak to the main , big boss of VW . ???? Its easy for VW to sell you a car but very slow to get n reply from the main vw we dont want to speak to a call centre
