VW Alberton

Car is under warranty and there is a fault in the Sunroof , it wont close , i have had the car for only 5 months now<br> I was not offered a courtesy car while mine is in for repairs <br> <br> Spoke to Service Manager , Fortune Morake from Alberton , who was only willing to offer me a courtesy car on the 8th of December and mention that it takes 14 working days to get the part and the car will be ready on 18th of December.<br> <br> I find this to be a pathetic client service rendered by the dealership and extreme inconvenience to my movements, as now i'm travelling with my family using public transport and becoming late for work. Please can this be addressed accordingly as its really frustrating for me. I'm a new VW owner and would like to have a pleasant experience with the brand however thus far the service received is not up to standard.<br> <br> I demand to get a courtesy car from the dealer this week and not from my insurer as this is factory fault related and would appreciate if the dealer comes to compromise for me. <br> <br> Thank you.<br> Bongani Mthunzi<br>
