VW a *****. No parts available locally. You will be left destitute like me

Experienced small car crash. After 3 months and run around- still no parts ordered. The T-series a waste of money. VW don’t have the parts and must order from Germany. Nothing available locally. The call centre and process to ordering very dishonest and one lie after another.

My insurance company no longer willing to pay for a rental vechile . So my almost new VW Tiguan standing with no way forward. 3 months and counting.
