VW 2023 Caddy Maxi Fault codes problems

o say I am disappointed is an understatement. I purchased a Demo VW Cargo Caddy from @volkswagen Balito in Feb 2024. a month later- it started showing error signs upon switching the car on regarding the Auto hold, Hill assist and Electronic Hand brake! All vital systems which should be working properly within a car, never mind a brand new Volkswagen. I alerted the dealership, took it in, they had a brief look and waved it off as "not a problem if it goes away'. The signs persisted, I proceeded to call Customer Care, of whom told me the signs SHOULD BE THERE when I start my car, Error signs are showing all the time, I took the car first to VW Centurion, they couyld not help becaus they did not have a diagnostics technitian, then it went to VW Boksburg for 3 days, Same problems on return, then Back to VW Centurion nothing done, then to VW McDulings in Joburg where after 2 days the replaced the battery as the cause, all ok for 6 months then same isues arise back , Then of to VW Hatfield , They tested for 2 days afain and repalced the batery for a 3rd time, they had a look and told me it had something to do with the electronics miscommunicating, they believe it was fixed and off I went. The error signs persisted. Customer Care was beyond disappointing in not taking my frustrations and the sever issues at hand seriously. . Not only did the problem not get solved, the error signs came back THE VERY NEXT MORNING I had the car. This impacts my ability to run my business as I do installations and carry equipment , the exact reason I purchased such a vehicle, so now not only have I been inconvenienced with the loss of time and money on fuel to take the car in, it has also impacted my business. After they had had my car in to get seen to, I was asked to stop and video the dash each time it was turned on in the hopes of catching the error signs on camera (highly inconvenient), as apparently this was necessary for Volkswagen to be able to attend to the problem. I made several videos over 6 months and sent it to the dealers, they have to date replaced my battery twice as the cause of the isue., , I was told they'd get back to me. my vehicle has been to 4 diffent dealers over 1.5 years and all they do is replave the batery!!! . There is a serious problem with the vehicle electronic system and the right thing to do is to claim agains my warentee and fix it or replace the vehicle under warentee. On top of these serious issues, the windows appear to not be working properly, as they sometimes go down when I click the button up, and my cabin lights were not responding and would not switch off on the 3rd of December. Volkswagen Customer Care had dismissed me as apparently the dealership was handling the matter but the dealership appears to not take it seriously ? I have been dismissed with statements such as intermittent fault, passive fault and their technicians and their equipment seem to not be able to pickup or diagnose the issues? The brand new car has been taken in to be seen to 5 times one wouldn't believe they were purchasing such a problematic vehicle. How can I believe my brakes will one day not fail? Is this the level of service and customer care Volkswagen now has to offer? Should I have rather purchased a Ford van as their cars don't seem to give such problems? Highly disappointed customer that won't recommend purchase of a WV Caddy to anyone anymore.
