Volswagen service is becoming more and more frustrating to me

Went to Worcester VW for a new vehicle, they approved the purchase even went to the dealership to be showen my car. The salesperson then send me proof that the vehicle was approved it even had my name on it. So when i went for the delivery they inspected my trade in and said that they will not take it as it had too much fixing to do, but at first they said they will give me R100 000.00 for trade in settling my account on that old vehicle. They said i must go for a loan to cover then difference, immediately i cancelled that purchase and went for a second opinion at VW Paarl (NTT Paarl). It was there that they helped and said that the difference they will work in the new intsallement, that branch had given me a different vehicle to the one i requested but i was not to argue as i just wanted everything to be over and done with. They promised as a company practice that i must come to collect my flowers which never happened. Monday i contacted the sale person to let him know that the vehicle was making strange sounds once i hit the breaks, i took it in upon inspection then did not make any noise and i did mention this as the sound appears then goes away. The sales guy said he would book the car in so that fully inspect it but nothing has happened ever since. Now this treatment was the worst as i am not a first buyer and have never had such poor service from a car dealership, the car is brand new and is making a weird sound everytime i press on the breaks, my fear is that this problem will lead to other problems if not dealt with. The car is little over a month old
