Volkwagen Polo TSi 2018 mechanical failure

I am very disappointed with Volkswagen. I bought the new Polo TSi 2018 in September last year with zero kilometres on the clock. May 2019 the car didn't want to take any gears, it was towed to Baron VW N1 City in Goodwood. When they were done we the car the only feed back I got was that they could not see what the problem was but they put in a new gear system and a new clutch. Within 7 days of getting my car back I could tell there was something off. The clutch was vibrating when I stepped on it every time to change gears. I took it back to them. One of their workshop guys tested the vehicle, drove it around the N1 and said that there was nothing wrong with it. Everything was normal. Even the funny sound I reported to him he told me that he couldn't hear that the car sounded any different from all of the others of it's kind. June 2019 the car did the same thing. It didn't want to take any gears and so it was towed to Barons VW in Tokai. Feedback I got from them was that the clutch seemed to have wear on it and that would indicate negligence form my side. They took the clutch in for assessment. Result was that the clutch had wear on it so it was negligence formy side and that warranty will not cover for it. I don't want to accept that. It doesn't make sens e at all to me. Even Volkswangen South Africa said that there was nothing they could do I have to pay for everything myself because Warranty does not cover for negligence. This is my second car and I never had a problem with the clutch on my first car. Something does not sound right here.
