Volkwagen needs to wake up

I took my vehicle for a service and repairs at the VW Braamfontein and I am utterly disappointing by the level of service I am receiving.

1. I arrived at the VW Braamfontein at 8:30 (am) and checked my vehicle in (pre-service inspection). The gentleman who assisted me with the check in was very polite and assisted me very well. At 8:38 I completed a register to be shuttled to work . At 8:10 (40 minutes after arrival) I had to query when the shuttle would be available to drop me of with the receptionist who also helped me very politely . I only left the dealership at about 8:19 (49 minutes later). Needless to say but besides the fact that I am extremely unhappy at the level of service I received my boss jumped down my throat and gave me a mouthfull for "gracing him with my presence". Not once did anybody communicate with me that there was a problem with the availability of shuttles and it was assumed that I am okay with waiting (probably because my business is all that VW cares about and not me as a customer).

2. This will probably be the 5th time (no exaggeration) that I am reporting a knocking sound coming from the rear of my vehicle. I even left my vehicle at VW for a entire week during January 2018 hoping that the problem would be fixed. I have even called the dealer principle namely Gavin LeRoux regarding this matter in the hope that my car would be fixed. If VW cant fix they own cars who else do they expect me to fix my car. On the other hand how does VW expect my car to be fixed when the technician cant get to my car because they are overbooked (7 today -2 for service and 5 for repairs) at least that what I overheard him saying.

I do suspect that VW mastercars sold me a accident damaged vehicle and this could be the reason why they are not fixing the car. I would also like to know whether it is common for VW Mastercars to sell cars that were previously accident damaged. Needless to say, I doubt that I will use VW Braamfontein to service my vehicle again but I want my car repaired since it will be out of warranty soon which means that I will have to cough up the cost of repairs.
