VOLKSWAGENS VALUES AND CLIENT SUPPORT SHOULD BE UNDER REVIEW

BACK GROUND - Im not only upset , frustrated and sad i feel like VW corporate / client support departments have utterly failed us , we bought a brand new Amarok life , we then drove it for 2 months and a person drove in to us , the insurance then allocated the bakkie to a repair company and since then we have been waiting for parts for almost 2 MONTHS which are on "Back order" and not available at any VW branch from SA to Germany (FOR A BRAND NEW VEHICLE)

CONTEXT- 1 - We are waiting for our vehicle (That we are paying every Month Including Insurance costs ) and its not the insurance or the company who does the work which are at fault its the OEM !!!

2 - The OEM supplies a product that the end user pays for but they cannot even provide a back order date or confirmation on if there is availability of parts in the country where this Brand originates from ? or if they can/cannot manufacture this parts which is horrible

3 - VW then states "Sorry we don't over loan vehicles" which i understand if a third party company or any other factors could be at fault or causing delays resulting that a repair takes longer than expected ect. but the fact that VW , the "OEM' of our vehicle is at fault and cannot even supply a solution or a proposition to help/support or assist the client paying over a million rand for their product. this is disgusting client support

4 - The biggest disappointment for us is that we've own the following cars of Volkswagen - Polo 1.9 tdi 2006 (Payed of and sold) - Polo 1.6 2006 (Payed of and still ours) - Combi T5 2009 (Payed of and still ours) - Caddy 1.9 tdi 2013 (Payed of and still ours) - Polo Maxx 1.6 2018 (Payed of and still ours) - VW UP 2018 (sold) - Amarok 2.0 2024 (Financed and still ours)

Given that we still own five VW's and have supported this Brand for close to 20 years of manufacturing i am utterly disappointed by the way we are being treated and the way they treat clients cases in a "Low priority attitude because they cant do anything about it " - to answer that statement ..YES YOU CAN YOU ARE BUILDING THE VEHICLE IN SA .. some of VW's personnel didn't even know that they are building vehicles in SA when we confronted them .

In short I wish VW in Germany gets to this message so that they can see whats going on and how they are busy loosing another client.

SUMMARY - Client buy's a high end product , expects high end service ? Clients pays for a product , which they can't use because the OEM cannot provide sufficient supplies/support ? In any retail predicament this should be compensated towards through the supplier/OEM

PLEASE WILL YOU NOW HELP ME WITH A DECENT SOLUTION ?????

This explains people going back to other car brands , your vehicles might be of good quality , but the price one pays does not affiliate with the service and dedication towards your clients.

Just remember the famous 5 service promises , your seven essential values and your aim , these factors and statements should not be negatively affected by success and growth.
