Volkswagen Up
Bought a Volkswagen Up 2017 model with 8000 km on that looks still new with low mileage on from Princes Benoni Volkswagen on *** received the M/V on Saturday 2018-11-03.On Tuesday when I open the boot to look inside where spare wheel is i saw that the car had dents on the inside that the body is damage ....I Could see that the car was in a accident..then i saw that the rear bumper is replaced and didn't match up with the rest of the body...The left fender was repair...bad very bad...they just patched it up with paint Phoned the sales person who sold the car to me and told me must bring the car....that they could see...took it there....and they told me wasn't in a accident after a argument with sales manager....then i took it to auto body workshop ..told me car was in accident and show me the over spray on boot and side panels rear side...I phoned Volkswagen SA Customer Care to report this mater...they told me it is between me and the Dealer Principal to solve this matter. After 2 Days the Dealer Principal of Princes Benoni Volkswagen didn't phone me back...I phoned Him....He had this bad attitude on him...told me he will take the car back...they ask me if I will return the Car...told them No.....The must fetch it...then the ask me if they could replace it...I said no!!!...How must I trust them again that they have **** to me.....So until now....No phone call or nothing for a apology from from Volkswagen Benoni or Volkswagen SA....that is very Sad...that a big Motor Company like Volkswagen can let there dealership sell a motor vehicle that new to a customer and try to hide the damages on it.....and not disclose it with buyer under the consumer act.....what if my wive was in an accident with that motor vehicle that already had that severe damage on that they try to hide it ...and didn't new about it at all.....Very bad from Volkswagen
