Volkswagen TRAVCOR Port Elizabeth *3 week EXCUSES!!)

Volkswagen TRAVCOR Port Elizabeth - poor customer service from Sakeerah and Justin on my Golf 7 R. During diagnostics last week Wed, was told water bottle required replacing. Car would be in for the day. Took the car in Monday and was informed Monday afternoon there is a 3 week back log on delivery of car parts. Was promised by Sakeera a courtesy car. Followed up daily until Thurs only to be told by Manager (Justin) there is a 3 week waiting period for a courtesy car!!! Speechless. VW - such a waste of time and money. Justin, your customer satisfaction rates must be lowest in the country and I have been around the country Boet.
