Volkswagen The Glen

<p>I bought a brand new Polo Gti 1.8 DSG from The Glen Volkswagen on Collection the car did not start , they had to Booster start it before i could leave, on arrival home all the inside lights in the car did not work. Returned it the following day, after complaining and refusing to take the car we received another one on my request. The sales men was very helpful but I can't say the same for the dealer principal VW The Glen who was very arrogant, and not very helpful or apologetic. VW should seriously look into their Dealer principal and whoever does the pre checks before cars are handed over to customers. Not a happy customers at all.</p>
