Volkswagen T Cross is a waste of my money!

Never think of purchasing a Volkswagen !Service is absolutely pathetic I have endless issues since buying my T Cross at 7000km,in which VW South Africa did not assist in no way!my gear box sounds like it wants to pack up in which VW branch in PMB says its normal. I have recently sent my vehicle in for a service and during the service, spark plugs were to be changed but in less than 2 months after the service my vehicle seems to be jerking very often, I was even told not to fill fuel at certain fueling stations but even with that change we still experiencing the jerking!VW SA says they will take no responsibility because most of the fueling stations have a problem with their fuel in which is so unfair as the vehicle is still under warranty. Since we are not allowed to fill fuel at all the stations in SA im unsure as to why VW SA does not open their own fueling stations across SA. Not worth buying a VW and having no assistance from VW SA because its a waste of time,money and energy. The case manager even sounds like she is asleep and refuses to give us someone higher in charge then her but as in her words" she is the manager" .
