Volkswagen Stridjom Park - Benny Lebusa

I called VW Soweto enquiring about brake pads and information I got was not accurate and I was left with a lot of questions.

I decided to call VW in Strijdom Park and got hold of Benny Lebusa who gave me accurate advice and answered all the questions I have and more.

My question is, why can’t service advisers be like this? Some of these service advisers will just give you blunt answers and they are very impatient and sound very irritable.

However, I am sending many thanks to Benny Lebusa who was very patient and informative.
