VOLKSWAGEN SOUTH AFRICA USELESS

So i am not sure how many VW owners have had to replace your throttle body?? Well the way Volkswagen South Africa handled it, was as if its nothing major? Asking you to pay R12000 to replace the part which seems probably okay? But not when your car has been serviced all times by them. And that such a part gives in while my car was still under 50,000km? Basically a brand new car and they expect you to pay and replace? Why buy a VW if the quality of the car as well as the service is just ****?! Why should i buy another car from them? So that they can make money out of you? They handled the whole situation as if i deliberately damaged the part, but clearly this is a manufacturing mistake that they made me pay for!!!
