Volkswagen South Africa refuses to resolve braking issue that can potentially end up in a serious accident

I have a 2019 Gof7 GTI which has been making a droning sound everytime that I brake. This only happens when driving over 100/120km/h. On long distance trips the sound gets worse as the brakes heat up. The car has been booked in to McCarthy VW Durban for this issue on numerous occasions from 2019 to date. On the last occasion I was told that there are marks on the discs due to the car standing (which isn't true because the car is driven every other day) and these marks are causing the problem. I escalated this issue to VW SA and I was told that this is not covered under the maintenance plan and that skimming the discs are not covered by maintenance. I responded saying that I'd like to test the theory by skimming the discs at my cost to see if this resolves the problem. VW SA responded by saying that if I do that it will negatively affect my maintenance plan in the future. I summarized that to Nuraan(the customer care consultant) as the following:

So VW SA will NOT assist me in resolving a serious matter whereby I could be in an accident due to a potential braking hazard and furthermore VW SA will penalize me should I try to resolve the matter myself?

The answer from Nuraan was a resounding YES. I asked for the matter to be escalated further and I was told that this is the highest point of escalation and there is nothing further that can be done to assist me.

This is the quality of VW and the service that they put out there. I will not be buying another VW.
