I have been ****med by vw South Africa i extended my service plan to 300 000km and was very relaxed knowing i am covered till 300 000km only to take my car in for the last service and be told it was late for service and had to pay unplanned and budgeted R4000 from my pocket whereas i have extended my service plan and what makes it worse in the process of booking the car in they sad nothing till the car was inside the workshop working on it This was a day light ******* and **** i felt no energy to fight them but i just want the nation to be aware of this kind of situation
