Volkswagen South Africa bad service.

How disappointed can one be. We own an Amarok bakkie. On Friday 29 January 2021 we had a break-down and our Amarok had to be towed in. It was towed-in to Volkswagen Brits. Only on Tuesday 2 February 2021 they could have a look into what the problem is. We were phoned and informed a part have to be ordered. It will be send from Cape Town. It will take one week. We offered to pay for 24 hour courier services to get the part here sooner; because we need this vehicle; but Volkswagen refused. So they ordered the part and we waited our one week. On February the 9th,2021, we spoke to a person at Volkswagen Brits. He informed us that the vehicle will be fixed that same afternoon at 17:00. We left Rustenburg at 15;00 and on our way to Brits, we were informed by the same guy that they ordered the wrong part and have to get another part from Volkswagen Centurion. Once again we offered to get the part with overnight courier, and once again Volkswagen refused. We contacted the workshop-manager and complained about the service. He had a very very bad attitude and told us that there was no "wrong part". They didn't even order the part. They will do it now. We asked the number for the area-manager but once again, Volkswagen refused to give it to us. Apparently we are not aloud to contact him/her. No one is willing to assist us, or tell us when this vehicle will be fixed. Never did anyone ask if we need a "loan-vehicle". They were supposed to phone us and sort this problem, but still nothing. So. The question is: What is the use of driving the best vehicle on the market but the after-sales service is bad, pathetic, disappointing and non-existing? Congratulations Volkswagen South-Africa. You succeeded in convincing me NOT to buy the 3 new Tiguans I was planning to buy!
