I bought a Polo GT with a maintenance plan including guarantee and warrantee from Volkswagen. I've noticed when driving the car there is a noise on the turbo actuator. Ive contacted them more than a year ago. Took the car in on Volkswagen request and the full report was submitted to Volkswagen with the issue of the turbo actuator and a second time. To date no joy awaiting for Volkswagen German enigineers, what about the policy of 'if they can't fix it they replace it' ? Is there anything I can do because the fact that Volkswagen isn't doing anything about It please assist what can I do?
