I wouldnt even give these people a star. The quality of their service and products are utterly disappointing and poor to say the least! I drive a polo tsi 1.0 trendline, I have had the car for a year and a bit with 20000km on the clock now. Since day one it has been a struggle, I recieved the vehicle with marks on the door panel which I was told "is a glaze from the smash and grab app**** to the windows and it would wash off, I had to eventually take the car to have it fixed. They fixed it and damaged the rear panel in the process, they also realised the" glaze on the car's bonnet was damaged and had to fix that as well. The car had rattles inside from day one due to a loose panel on the passanger door. I have had to fiscally stop my car from rolling into walls due to the handbrake that does not work properly even after having them adjust it. The rear brakes have accumulated rust in a period of 20000km, there is a loud rattle in the engine bay for some reason and the lastest disocvery is that the passanger side front and rear doors dont even align, I am guessing due to poor assembly. This is a brand new car straight from the vw dealership. These people do not care about the quality of their products they deliver to the public and they are also not bothered to monitor and manage it either, if you ever have the idea to purchase a volkswagen I can promise you it will be the worst mistake of your entire life!
