Volkswagen SA Warranty Is a **** — Terrible Service from Westvaal Mbombela!

Took our Tiguan to Westvaal Volkswagen Mbombela because of a faulty right LED headlight — a MAJOR safety issue — but they refused to honour the warranty. They told me to take it up with Volkswagen SA, and after weeks of waiting and investigation, VW SA said their “technical info” shows nothing’s wrong. They even told me that if I insist, I can fix it myself!

The passenger window also closes on its own, another serious safety risk, but they blamed “water damage” and refused to cover it.

This is poor customer care and completely unacceptable for a vehicle of this quality. It’s all smiles when you’re buying, but once there’s a problem, it’s just excuses. What a waste of time and money.
