Volkswagen SA ... volkswagen Golf Cab 2012

My name is Erika Pirzl .. The gearbox was replaced June 2015 on this vehicle . I am dependent on thie vehicle and this is my only transport . How is it possiblr that Volkswagen UK reAlised that the DSH gearboxes are giving problems and re called 30 000 vehicles whilst volkswagen South Africa did nothing not to mention the horrific leveo of service . I reveived from volkswagen south africa as well the local dealer.. it is not fair to any person to expect from him or her to replace a gearbox every second year whilst Volkswagen south africa well knowing these extent gearboxes hides their non performance and poor services inadequate customer advise and a meaningless 1 year guarantee on these gearboxes. Volkswagen claimed they have fitted a new gearbox in June 2015 by only giving a year gaurentee on a new gearbox i.r.o a new vehicle they are admitting they are admitting they have serious problems on their DSG gearboxes whilst they are nailing the costumers with smooth talking and lies ...
