Volkswagen SA & Strijdompark VW are just useless

Good day

I would like to log a complaint. I took my car to VW Strijdompark dealer, in Randburg, because it had an issue with wipers that were just going on by themselves and were not switching off.

after two weeks of going back and forth with the dealership not knowing how to fix the issue and the car, they did something because the car came back with jacking issue and switches off the ignition itself. I reported to them, not it's been more than 3 months the car has been with the dealer and they always lie lie lie every time when ask them, they don't want to admit that they failed to fix the car.

I'm paying installment for that car that I don't have that is sitting at the dealer. I also spoke to the guy called Alex in VW Port Elizabeth he's also a ****, because he never call's when he says he will call me.

I have been patient for too long with VW and the Strijdompark dealership.
