Volkswagen SA reputable or not ?

I saw an advert in the newspaper with a special for a Polo Vivo 1.4 Conceptline Hatch for R1999 per month, no deposit. On Tuesday, 19 May at around 19:00 I went onto the VW website to confirm the special and saw that it was still valid until end June 2015.<br> <br> On the morning of Wednesday, 20 May I went to Tavcor VW in George to place the order. The salesman, Deon Uys didn't seem to have any knowledge of the special. I prompted him several times to look on the VW website but he refused and said I shouldn't worry, he would sort everything out and get back to me. he never called back, I was just informed that the documentation was for the new prices.<br> <br> For some bizarre reason, when I looked at the VW website again, the prices had changed. I assume he contacted VW and informed them that they still had the old pricing on their website, so they changed it immediately.<br> <br> Tavcor George sales manager Eulene de Beer called me on 21 May and said she wasn't aware of any such special even though Tavcor ran several adverti*****ts in the local newspaper. She was actually extremely rude.<br> <br> Will VW honour their special offer or merely deny knowledge of it ?
