<p>Hi</p> <p>My name is Lungile i would like to launch a complain about VW . Its been a year and months now since i've been reporting one and the same problem but not getting any help. I even reported to VW SA they seeims to attend the problem but after a month or two they just vanished and being left with an unresolved problem till now.</p> <p>My story is about the golf 5 2006 model which I own. Last year i took a car to VW Ladysmith for a service and after the service done i was phoned to pick it up on my way home the car reported ENGINE FAULT WORKSHOP because it was already late I called them the following day and I was asked to bring it back so that they wilL fix the problem. It did'nt work though because since then my car is going in and out to Ladysmith VW with the same problem. I even tried VW Newcastle but they also failed. The saidest thing about this is that everytime my car is with them they pick up things that needs to be fixed and got myself paying non stop. Even now the car is with them and i was told that they will fix other parts parts that will cost me +-R23000 of which that huge money. So i was wondering if you can help me</p>
