Volkswagen not supporting their product

I have a VW Touareg since 2009. This vehicle had a start problem that VW didn't solve. The problem is that I still own the same vehicle with the same problem, whereas this vehicle year and model was suppose to be recalled and repaired. But because of the the amount of work and time to repair VW avoided the recall. It is such a good vehicle but unfortunately VW does not support their client with their product.
