Volkswagen Market Square pathetic service

<p>diagnostic assesment and I only received a curtousy car on the 28th of October. I was promised that the car would be ready every week and the last promise was that I would get it on Monday 7th November after phoning VW CIC and to date I still have not received the car. No one is phoning me to tell me what is going on or give progress. I was also told that I cannot drive the curtousy car out of Port Elizabeth, almost a whole month inconvenience as my job requires me to travel out of Port Elizabeth every now and them. I curse the day I bought a VW car as this is not the first time it is giving me problems and I had to fight to get it sorted. Engine just stopped after 2 months of buying the car in 2013 and this was supposedly a new car. I curse the day I bought a VW Car.</p>
