Volkswagen lies to their clients

I took my car in for service, boost pipe and steering rack change at VW in tritchard on the 28th of April. Today is the 22nd of May and I still don't have my car. Every single day, the delivery date of parts is moved out by a week. The service is horrible and VW South Africa doesn't care to follow up on the official complaint that I've put in. No one cares at VW. I really miss my Toyota days. I promise to never ever buy a VW ever again. You've broken the trust.
